What began in 2009 as a single personal trainer working from a converted garage has grown into one of the United Kingdom's most respected fitness and sports training organisations.

Our founder, Michael Chen, started this journey after witnessing how many people struggled with generic fitness advice that didn't account for individual circumstances. He believed that everyone deserved access to the same quality of coaching that professional athletes received.

Our Training Philosophy

We approach fitness as a skill to be developed, not a punishment to be endured. This mindset shift changes everything about how we train our clients.
