Absolutely not. We work with complete beginners through to elite athletes. Your programme is designed specifically for your current fitness level and progresses at a pace that's appropriate for you.

This depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients see excellent results with 2-3 sessions per week. We can discuss what's realistic for your lifestyle during your initial consultation.

Many of our clients come to us with existing conditions. Our trainers are experienced in working around injuries and medical considerations. We may request a GP clearance for certain conditions and will modify exercises as needed.

Yes, we understand life happens. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid losing the session. Late cancellations may be charged at the full rate.

Yes, we offer both live online coaching sessions and fully remote programming for clients who prefer training at home or while travelling. The same quality of instruction, delivered digitally.
